Ed Thomas is a businessman with experience in global markets and competitive athlete. He is an accomplished traveler having conducted business across five continents, specializing in emerging and frontier markets. In his spare time, he finds enjoyment staying active in outdoor mini-adventures.

His education, specialized training, and ability to manage risk uniquely position him to integrate resources with needs – whether delivering aid to the most vulnerable populations in high-threat areas, providing training and education to young adults preparing to leave their homes for the first time, or anywhere in between. Ed is passionate about using his gifts and talents to protect and serve others.

WADE CHAPPLE

– Executive Board of Directors

Wade Chapple is a seasoned business professional and leader who has traveled across five continents in support of priority operational matters. Wade brings a unique understanding of how to integrate commercial initiatives with U.S. interagency staffs located abroad and to simultaneously negotiate corporate interests with key representatives of foreign governments. He is also a recognized authority in matters of personnel recovery, disaster response and crisis management.

Wade holds a master’s degree in diplomacy from Norwich University and a bachelor’s degree in management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University. He is a fluent Spanish linguist, an aviation enthusiast and fixed wing pilot.

Wade is now dedicating his unique skill sets and professional enthusiasm by ensuring Small Victories Project fulfills its commitment to help those in critical need and thereby exceed the expectations of our donors.
